Maggie has established herself as a local artist in Folkestone. Her very successful solo show 'Seasense' which nearly sold out in the first night produced a lot of interest locally. This has lead to lots of commissions both private and corporate through 2006.

'Saga' in Sandgate bought the sculpture 'Fore Sails' which now takes pride of place in the foyer of their main offices in Sandgate. A large sea painting (in Oct '06) was commissioned by 'Saga' for their executive suite on the top floor and now sits in situ.

Maggie moved to a new studio at the end of January refurbished by the Creative Foundation.
The studio will be open to the public some of the time and private viewings can be made by phone. Teaching courses will commence later on in the year, enquiries can be made by phone.

Maggie won a place in the Creative Foundation's hoarding competition. The piece is on display at the top of The Old High Street, Folkestone.

Maggie has also worked in schools, the most recent was at St. Augustine's Roman Catholic School, Hythe. The project was with 7 year olds and introduced children to painting 'Apples' to make a combination painting. It is now displayed in the school hall.

Maggie has appeared
in the December edition
of 'Coast' magazine.
